Embryonic

My opinion has stayed the same ever since I first read about stem cells months ago.  Stem cells have still proven useful in technological advances in medicine.  Without research of stem cells, especially embryonic, people would never be able to find cures for Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease.  Embryonic cells are better than adult stem cells because they are at the stage where the cell hasn't decided which branch of cell it wants to go into.  This is helpful for people with deficiencies such as low blood sugar.  People could have embryonic stem cells implanted in them so the stem cells could become cells that carry insulin.  Diabetes would no longer exist if we use stem cells.  This and many more cures and uses could be found if we researched more in depth about the use of stem cells.  So my opinion hasn't changed at all ever since the first article.

I agree that stem cells have been a breakthrough in the medical field. Stem cells have helped so many people and still can!

i can see where you're concluding this from, but i believe that everyone should get a chance at life no matter how small. Stem cells are helpful and not at the same time. That is why it is so controversial
