Homeostasis

In the morning when I wake up, I'm always cold when I get crawl out of my bed sheets.  I'm shivering when I get out of bed because my body is adjusting to the climate of the room.  Also, I always have to go to the bathroom right when I get up.  I don't wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom so my bladder is full.  The organ system involved with me having to go to the bathroom when I get up is the excretory system. They haven't been used in over 7 hours so when I'm awake I feel the effect.  The feedback loops I'm experiencing would be negative feedback loops because my body is adjusting to maintain homeostasis.  I wouldn't go through positive feedback because my body doesn't permanently change to acclimate to my surroundings.  A positive feedback is a quick change so to say, while negative feedback is like meters constantly adjusting to maintain the body.  To make sure my body doesn't go through too extreme changes, it goes through negative feedback.  Through negative feedback, the body adjusts slowly over time instead of instantly.  Such a drastic, rapid change could potentially have dangerous effects.
